JoEd's drone technology eliminates the need to put workers at dangerous heights. We clean building exteriors and glass facades that were previously cost-prohibitive, without the liability, the downtime, or the headcount.

JoEd Sanitary Solutions was founded in 2023 with a clear conviction: the environmental cleaning industry was overdue for transformation. Residential and commercial properties across the country were being serviced with outdated methods, inconsistent standards, and zero accountability — no data, no documentation, no proof of results.
Headquartered and manufacturing in Prince George's County, Maryland, JoEd was designed from the ground up as a technology-forward, data-driven operation. Our trucks are purpose-built. Our processes are documented. Our results are lab-verified.
What started as a vision for a better bin-cleaning service has grown into a full-spectrum environmental services platform — covering everything from residential receptacle sanitation to drone-powered window cleaning, autonomous snow removal, grease trap maintenance, and certified environmental monitoring.
In 2025, JoEd expanded beyond the DMV with the launch of our Houston, Texas location — bringing the same technology-forward environmental services model to one of the fastest-growing commercial markets in the country. The Houston operation serves Texas-based clients independently, extending JoEd's reach while keeping each market focused and accountable.
